In all my life i have never had a girlfriend and no girl has ever said she liked me. people say oh it doesnt matter when your young but it does, I know from experience. I admit im shy but i do talk to girls and im kind to them and funny. I admit im not as the girls say `fit` but im not ugly i know that. Im not popular so lots of girls would never go out with me. Literaly all my friends have been out with girls. Its just gettin ridiculous now. No girl likes me and ever has. I see girls who are treated awful by their boyfriends yet they still say oh i love him and all that crap. it depresses me a lot that i cant get a girlfriend. I'm sure everyone has already told you this but the right person will come and I know that your wondering when thats gonna happen( i wanna know too) but it will happen if your a sweet guy like you said. reader, anonymous, writes (22 September 2006): Hey welcome to party.I am 16 and I have no girlfriends too.But I love a girl and I only want her.She is 16 too.If she would want I would marry her(not a joke!).She liked me and I heard it secretly she was telling her friends I am handsome.I wish I could listen more but she saw me and smiled.I was too shy and couldn't tell her "I love you!".And I still fear if she will refuse me.On last school trip she was very friendly to me she allowed me to "try" kissing her mouth(mission failed but she wasn't angry she was smiling and happy),hug and hold her tightly.I told her "Maybe we will marry one day"(altough she wasn't my girlfriend).Then she told "Maybe" and smiled cutely. She was sooooo inviting.The seat next to me was full but despite of that she sat on the same seat with me(how romantic! isn't it?)On the way home I stroked her and hugged and all day long I told her she is so cute and beautiful and she was very happy.I still didn't tell "I love you!" because
I didn't want to bore her.I was going to tell it next day.But she had found a new boyfriend.Now she is still dating with boys but she doesn't date with me!!!And the boys
who she chooses are very stupid.They only want sex (She is still a virgin like me.I know because one of her best friends is one of my bests too.But her other friend tries to
seperate us.Maybe that is the reason why she doesn't want me know.) and they only date just because others date.She and boys she chooses are still children I think.But I am not.I want to marry her and have children.I know the difficulties of life and I will know when I am redy to be a father.What a beautiful thing "being a husband and a father"

Sometimes I want to die.But don't fear.I know it's one of the worst sins so I will never suicide.

 Well, girls do get asked out earlier then boys generally, since they mature faster. So you probably need to wait until 15 or 16 before expecting a date, because girls are going to want they're boyfriends to be a year or two older then them to balnce out the maturity thing. So when your 15 then girls about 13 are now interested in dateing and they want a older guy usually so thats when they start looking at you. My brother is almost 17 and he just got his first real asking out a few weeks ago.

reader, anonymous, writes (8 September 2006): I can understand u completely!! I have just left school myself and i'm 16. I got on wel with girls but never really hit off with any of them. Things have changed a bit now, evryone has matured and are taking relationships sensibly, or some of them. Girls are still going to go for the "wrong types" to you and me because maybe they like a hard guy with a bit of an attitude?? Im just as confused as you are, but somebody i know is treated badly by their boyfriend - has been hit etc etc but she wont leave him because she's SCARED of him. It makes me go nuts but hey what can you do??
Give it time and somebody will come along, girls arent that important for now, you will notice your friends relationships are just tit for tat anyway - wait until you and your lady friends around you have matured a little and then make your move.
Relax a little - your only fourteen, as I am sixteen, we are just one bit giant hormone thats going insane!! just relax and time will take you somewhere - and remember if anything does happen use a CONDOM.

 your 14!! seriusly this kind of stuff hasnt even started yet nobody takes anything to seriously when there 14 and girls dont go around saying they like you because when your at school you get enough stick as it is.
