Try joining a club or picking up a new hobby that will have boys at. This means you can have fun at the same time as socialising with some fellas. If thats not your cup of tea why not ask some of your girl friends if they have any guy mates and try going out with a group of people.
I wouldn't worry if I was you, guys your age are often not very mature and not the best boyfriends in the world lol. But I know it's nice to get to know them and have a laugh with them. As you get older, you'll gain a more diverse group of friends and I'm sure you'll get to know some nice lads. Hope it all goes well for you!!

 I wouldnt worry too much about it, you only fourteen. Enjoy what you have at the moment. It is always going to be hard meeting the opposite gender when you are at a single sex school anyway.
Are there any clubs you can join where that is an option?
Seriously dont think too much about it, you will meet boys soon enough, just be patient.
