Hi there
I don't know how good you know your neighbour, but here are some ideas:
- ask a neighbour who has a dog, if you could go for a walk with it for 30 minutes twice a week (or more)
- offer a neighbour to look after their cat every day they are not at home or when they go on holyday
- as an older laidy (a gentleman or a couple or a mother wiht little children) in your neihbourhood if you can go shoping for her in Tescos (she would give you a list with all the stuff she would need. You would go to the shop and buy all that things, carry it to your older neighbour, give her the voucher and she will give you the money back - and usualy she would give you a little more as it actually would cost)
This jops will not give you very quick a lot of money, but I'm sure that if you will do it regularly, you will be able to save some pocket money and with a little patient you will be able to buy things you would like very much from your own money. Such jops will also help you to get more autonomy.
If you are worried that this coat won't be in the shop anymore as soon as you have enough money, you could tell your mother about your plans and ask her, if she would buy it for you and give it to you as soon as you payed the last cent to her. By this way you can be sure that you will get it as soon as you have the £25.
Hope this helps a little! Good luck!

Hi there-So you want to make a bit of cash? It's great to set a goal, ie. to make £25 to buy something you really want, so well done! £25 is quite a lot of money to make, so you're going to have to be patient. Here are a few different ideas in order to make money. Remember - it doesn't have to just be around the house. Your friends and neighbours can help out too.1. Get sponsored. Ask friends, family, neighbours, school teachers...etc to sponsor you. You can chose what for - i suggest a sponsored walk, sponsored swim, or sponored run. Ask to be sponsored a small amount of money (5p-20p) per lap/length. Aim to do about 50-100 laps/lengths and you can get up to £2.00 per person. If you get loads of sponsors, it adds up...! Take it slow and enjoy!2. Chores. This is the obvious, but it can really help earn some dosh! Give your mum a break and offer to do the housework and gardening. Tidy the rooms, sweep the floor, weed the garden, mow the lawn...anything like that. Start you rates at £6.50 an hour, and compromise. if your mum doesn't need help, offer the old lady next door or across the road a hand. 3. Cook. If you're any good at cooking - offer to cook a few meals and serve them up like a restaurant!4. Entertainment. Entertain the whole street by setting up a play/ concert with your friends and put up flyers. Make people buy tickets. good luck!
