Slapping and violence is never ok.
Counter to what many girls, and immature boys, will say. NEVER kick, knee or hit a guy in his testicles. Toughing, talking or whatever is NEVER justification for this. ONLY IF IT IS TO AVOID SERIOUS REAL INJURY.
Sorry to stress this so much, but it's BS that so many people make excuses for this being ok.
Young guys need to learn proper ways to let a girl know they like them and how to get their attention. This young guy is obviously making some real mistakes and needs to talk to someone older to be taught good ways to get the attention he needs.

Even if there wasn't a witness and they can't do anything about it right now, they will begin to watch this guy very carefully, so it won't happen again. Or perhaps you can ask that he or you be transferred to another class or school.
BTW, I have no problem with kicking a man in the groin if he's asking for it. It's the natural response. You can explain that your knee just lashed out without you meaning to-- self defense. Nobody would blame you.
You must be feeling very weak and vulnerable right now. Go to the school counselor and talk it out. Also, you'll feel better if you take a "model mugging" or other self-defense class. This will be important in helping you recover your self-esteem, so that you can go on with your life.

Tell someone you know, because if you hit him, he might just hit you back very hard and you could get badly hurt.
Also, you should never hit a boy in their private parts. You could cause serious damage if you do it hard enough, and that is not right. Or he might sue you or something.
