Read self-help books like the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Stop worrying about the past and the future. Live each moment. Enjoy life. God has created you for a purpose only you can fill.

Hi sweety, its ok, there is no reason to be scared sweety ,i understand it must be hard for you but i am sure once you explain to someone you trust, you mum or dad, teacher they will be able to help you. Just say to them that can you have a chat with them and tell them how your feeling and that you need someone to help you, that you are feeling depressed and dont know what to do.
Take care and please look after yourself and let me know how your getting on. XXX

I have two kids of my own and they went through a lot when they were young, and my son actually had to have therapy for a few years. Definitely reach out to someone that you can talk to, Maybe one of your friends mother, teacher, nurse at school or the doctor. Whatever you decide, stop hurting yourself,it only helps for a short time, but it can hurt you for the rest of your life. Stay in touch.
