writes: If a girl is shy will she act as though she's on her cell phone if she sees a guy she likes? For instance everytime I see this certain young lady usually if im standing somewhere and she passes me up she will pull out her cell phone almost immediately after passing me up, not all the time but quite frequently.(I guess she knows im looking) And is it possible that a girl can be too shy even towards a guy that she is attracted to?

Have the two of you ever met or are you just strangers that pass each other every day? Who is she firstly? is she a student at school? a business woman i find these two kinds are people are ALWAYS on the phone.
If you're interested in her it could be possible you are reading into it too much and she is just always on the phone.
I find that me and my friends prefer the guy to make the first move, girls don't want to embarrass themselves if the feelings aren't returned so if you're interested you should approach her and strike up a conversation and see where that leads.
