Eventually they will heal. She needs to start eating a healthy diet, including vitamin C and practice good oral hygiene. She may need certain medicine to clear them up and keep them from getting infected. The main thing is, she stays off Meth. It will do more than cause mouth sores. It will kill her from the inside out.

I have never done Meth, but I have heard of Meth Mouth. Rather unpleasant.
I hope your GF quit that stuff.
She could try and gargle with a saltwater solution (it will sting) but it cleans out the mouth and sores pretty fast.
(One to two tea spoons of salt for one cup of water.) This is also good for a sore throat.
Peroxide on a q-tip and dap the sores can also help ( I use this trick if I bite my cheek chewing gum) It stings like a bandit at first but then numbs it and keeps it clean.
Also she needs to make sure she drinks plenty of water.
All the best to her.
