writes: This guy i work with liked me since i began working with him at [...],and he told me when i first started,but we never hooked up.I have feelings for him because we spent a lot of time off work together,it felt like a relationship.Now we argue sometimes and we both get mad when we talk about messing with somebody new, and were NOT together! Im sure we moved on.My question is if we dont like each other then what is this?

Argueing doesn't mean that you don't like each other, or even that you don't get along. Everyone argues, we are only human. As for you both geting upset talking about "other people", I can see two reasons.One, it was never an actual relationship, yet it was in many aspects. People want what they can't have, its common knowledge. You see each other as "available", you like the idea of having the option, now when somebody esle comes into the picture it kind of pushs you out causeing you to get jealous of nothing more then "the what if?". Maybe you both tagged each other with the mental "Mine" stamp and you don't even realize it.Two, you do have feeling for each other which you havn't quite come to terms with. Personally I think that you think of him as a friend with the possiblity of more, and you don't like other girls messing with it. Could be a combination of the two of them as well, its hard to know.
