It would not hurt the baby if it does pass on to some degree. Anything that a pregnant woman intakes will certainly pass to the fetus after processing by her gastrointestinal system, where it is broken down into nutrient material. A healthy man's semen is anything but poison. It is largely a nutritious formula for conception. Just don't worry about this - it would be ok if she swallows.

As explained, yes and no. It will simply be processed as food. Then again, so is any snot you swallow, saliva from the other person as you kiss, farts you inhale.
Best not to think about biology to much, it is icky. For instance the water you drink has been pee a million times before.

OK, this is how digestion works with reference to breast feeding.
Your wife eats. Food gets chewed and saliva starts to break it down and make it in to mush.
It gets to the stomach acid and that dissolves it into goo. The acid is neutralised and the goo passes into the intestine. The intestines suck out all of the good stuff like vitamins and minerals, fat and sugars, proteins. This happens on a molecular level. So single molecules of iron or fat will get sucked through the thin walls of her guts. It will then go into the blood stream and whizz around and where ever it is needed it will get to.
Sperms are single cells, and I'm not sure what they are made of but I think they have protein in them. So they will die once they hit the stomach acid, be broken down and some bits might pass through into her blood stream. But it is the protein molecules that pass through, not the semen.
It the same as if she eats beef. The iron might get to your baby, but that doesn't mean the baby is eating cow.
Don't worry about it. Your body is basically a giant chemistry lab. Nothing will get to that baby's milk that is not supposed to be there.
Good Luck!! xx
