Hes always stoned and so is his family and he threatens to come and get her if i dont do what he wants. my family is very supportive of me and my child. even my father plays as much with my daughter as he can and teaches her as in school, ect. she is very bright. my nerves are shot because of this ex and i am in bad health. but i will not let him have her to take around whores and drugs at his home. do you think if i took him back to court i could get full custody?

I think as a general rule the courts are reluctant to award sole custody. However, you certainly have a case to make that he shouldn't have any parental rights. Talk to a lawyer who is experienced in this area --- professional advice at this point is more useful that anything you can get from well-meaning strangers.
Good luck.
