No, masterbating does not 'ruin' you for orgasm with a man. Many women, myself included, have a hard time climaxing from intercourse and need direct clitoral stimulation which is exactly what you get from masterbation. Listen to Dr Mark. He has got the right idea about getting there with your guy. But dont worry if you dont. Orgasm is not the goal here, connecting physically and emotionally with you guy is.

I doubt that mastrubating would have a negative effect. Studies tend to show the opposite.
Do you have an orgasm when you masturbate? How experienced are your partners? It is possible that the men you have been with have been too quick. Generally speaking, it can take 20 minutes or more of stimulation before a woman begins to reach climax. Generally speaking, for men, it can take just a few minutes. If sex stops when he comes, then you might never get there.
If you are able to give yourself an orgasm, you might want to try to slow your partner down, and have him spend more time with you in foreplay activities. Encourage him to use well-lubricated fingers to stimulate you before intercourse. Make sure you are well on your way before he enters inside you. Experiment by having him lightly touch your clitoris with his tongue. If he can control himself and greatly extend the time before he's ready to come, it can give you a chance to build up toward a climax.
