But if anything were to happen I would seek another job just to be with her and for her to keep her job. I've not been working there long really, about 6 months. But I really like this girl.

Unless there is a no dating rule at work then it wont compramise your jobs. Just be prepared if she turned you down or the relationship failed later on then it may be awkward for you.
If she works sitting next to you then it can put a big strain on the relationship because of too much contact.
I dated a girl I worked with for 3.5 years but she was in a different department so it can work.

Are u in a position of where ur her superior? Is so then u can keep ur relationship a secret but ppl talk and it will be only so long before the cat is out the bag. Plus, sneaking around gets a lil old. Now ur willing to do this for her so I would stress that to her. Now, if ur co-workers and beware if u date her and things turn sour, it would be very awkward seeing her everyday. If ur her superior then explain u can get a job elsewhere, that u want to get to know her..she's worth it. (first make sure she is) If ur just co-workers, and if she's like me dating co-workers are a no-no then ure going to have to respect that and settle for friends.
