 Not really, just make sure you're clean and neat overall. Also confidence overtakes any physical issues, but that's imo.

 How healthy do you feel? Are you interested in good nutrition and physical fitness? Those things are in your power to have, to get the best out of yourself.
Why do you think there's something wrong with your skin? That might be just adolescence and it's sure to pass but be sure to eat as naturally as you can and avoid junk food. Form good habits now and when you're older you'll be glad you did. Your skin is the mirror of your insides and later in life, that will be especially apparent.
As to what women like, they're all different and unique, just as you are and you'll have to get to know each one as a person. I think all women like a man who listens to them, just as men like women to listen to them. Treat them as you would like to be treated and believe me, that will get around and curious women will come to investigate this phenomenon.
I'll tell you a sure way to attract interesting people: be interested in many things yourself! Always be ready to hear, try, eat, learn and do something new and you'll have plenty of companions always from all over the world.
