Give yourself time. Don't plan to get married yet. If you can't handle 11 days, then you surely can't handle being apart months at a time. Just enjoy being with him, and while he's gone, find some new hobbies, hang out with family and friends, read some stories, etc. and try not to focus on him so much. It's already stressful on you for him to be risking his life so don't put any more stress on yourself. Let him do his job and while he's gone, that gives both of you more time to miss each other and makes the times you reconnect that much special.
