A few weeks ago we had unprotected sex and i am worried that i could possible be pregnant. I was wondering that if i am pregnant could he go to jail for sleeping with a minor, even though the baby will be born when im 18. it's illegal in my state to do any thing sexual with a minor. Please give me advice on what to do and how to keep my boyfriend from getting into trouble.

Even if it's illegal in your state, it would be very unlikely a court would send him to prison if he is in a serious relationship with you, if you have just had a baby, and by that time you too are over 18.
Despite the idiocies of some of the state laws, it would be extreme and unusual for the court to separate you in these circumstances - unless there are other matters that need to be taken into consideration, and one of those would be the views of your family. Common sense usually prevails, regardless of the actual letter of the law but there's no guarantee what they will do.

First of all, you need to find out if you are pregnant. Buy a home pregnancy kit and follow the directions.
Can you ask your parents for help, or are you worried that they'll turn him in? If you can talk to them, ask them to take you to the gynecologist. If you're sexually active, you should be seeing one anyway.
If you can't talk to them, this link will help you find a clinic where you can have a pregnancy test done and see a doctor too.

You may be worried for no reason, so it makes sense to find out if you are or are not pregnant. Okay?
In terms of him going to jail, I think different states have differing age limits. It would help to know what state of the union you live in, so somebody can look it up for you. Or google it.
Take care!
