She told me he wanted to make a move. But for the past couple of days now it seems like he has been talking/flirting w/EVERY girl except me! Why is this, I don't understand. Do you think it is because I told one of his friends I like him and he changed his mind? I need help. I really like him and it's starting to get on my nerves a little.

If he genuinely likes you, HE will tell you himself.
He may like you, but not interested enough to make a move.
You are his sisters friend, and that might put him off, because if it did not work out there would be complications.

He'll let you know if he's interested. Just don't waste any time sitting around and waiting for him to call. For crying out loud, go have some fun while you are footlosse and fancy free.
