If driving when very tired is the same as driving while intoxicated, is having sex while THAT tired considered consensual?

A female Canada age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I have been sexually active for half my life now and mostly it's been awesome but sometimes, especially after work I am sooooooo tired my brain hurts, I'm so tired but I still get physically turned on if stimulated so I have "given" in many times both with my ex husband and my ex boyfriend so I don't have to reject them. The sex is obviously not that awesome when I do that and it makes it a lot harder to cum but I've done it out of expectation I guess. I just realized I do that and it made me feel kind of used and stupid for not being able to say no. They both knew I was tired but in their defence I never ever said NO.

If driving when very tired is the same as driving while intoxicated, is having sex while THAT tired considered consensual? How do I handle this in the future?

have a energy drink nearby whenever you know your exs are around and when they ask you for sex take a big swig and tell them NO! and tell them to get out your life and stop using you

and then later have a great sleep cuz you deserve it!
