A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Guys and ladies please I need your pespective! My ex bragged that it was my fault he lost his erections while we had sex. Lets keep in mind that all this time he teased me by saying that I am a saint to others and a horny bit*ch in bed. Guys, can a horny b*itch make you lose an erection? Is it her fault? When i told his new girl friend about him seeing me behind her back, he back-lashed me by telling her this. She used it to fault me by calling me a loser.

tux agony auntI wouldn't worry about this too much because he's just upset that you told his girlfriend that he was cheating on her and his girlfriend is just in denial of that fact and is taking out the frustration on you.. It's best that you just distance yourself from these two.

TasteofIndia agony auntPerhaps this is just because I'm a lady, but I don't think I know a single guy who would accuse a HORNY WOMAN of being the cause of his un-erection!!! This just makes no sense to me!! Maybe if he accused you of being awful in bed, or totally unenthusiastic, but no - he says that you're totally horny and a "bitch" (which, as Double M seems to take it, I see this as synonymous with "aggressive")... now call me out of the loop or lacking in that dreading "Y" chromosome, but wouldn't that be ridiculously sexy to most guys?

If he's bragging about his lack of erections to others, I really don't think you have much to worry about, sweetness. I think 99.9% of people will be judging HIM rather than YOU.

DoubleM agony auntThis is mostly childish stuff you mention regarding he and his girlfriend. Lots of issues can cause a loss of erection during any given opportunity. I'll just say the following: An enthusiastic female partner has never considered a turn-off to most men. Your ex sounds like a 16-year-old, and his new girl a skank. Forget him and all of it.

baddogbj agony auntIt doesn't seem like a thing that he should be bragging about.

A female reader, Sweet-thing United Kingdom +, writes (3 July 2009):

Sweet-thing agony auntUsually when a guy loses his erection he's over-thinking the process of sex; worrying about how he'll perform, will he be big enough? Will he last long enough? Are you comparing him to other men you've been with, blah, blah, blah. Sometimes when a guy is with a sexually agressive woman it can have the opposite affect on his equipment. You'd think a guy would be like, 'Woo-hoo I got a hot one now', but instead, it's more pressure on him to live up to your appetite. So yes and no. It is generally NOT the woman's fault, but occasionally if we are tuned in to our bodies and move a little too fast his willy won't respond well (Say that fast three times) LOL! I think he was just trying to save his ego, and his new g/f was getting back at you with a low blow because he was cheating on her.
