Yeah, what Dr. Psych said. If they do find appendicitis, then you'll probably need it taken out and whatever they knock you out with could harm the baby, so you should tell him.
But honestly, at your age, how do you think you're going to pull this off without telling your parents? I think you're better off coming clean now.

When medical professionals order blood tests they request the laboratory to test for, or screen for, certain things. A test for appendicitis would not show if you were pregnant or not because the blood test for pregnancy is looking for a specific hormone elevation (HCG), the same as those home-test urine pregnancy kits you get from a pharmacy. In the UK, your medical records are confidential and your doctor would not be allowed to discuss anything with your parents (I am quite sure it is the same in Australia). However, if you think you maybe pregnant then it is VERY important you discuss this with your doctor. They may not assume a girl of your age would be sexually active and not test for pregnancy in the way they should in an older woman. There are certain medications that should be avoided in pregnancy and any surgeon should know you are pregnant. What's more...you should find out either way by taking a home pregnancy test because if you are pregnant you should start taking folic acid and have access to antenatal care.

This will only show up if your doctor asked the laboratory for a pregnancy test if he suspected that you are pregnant, not if they are doing different tests on your blood. Are you pregnant? If so you should tell your doctor straight away, as you can't take all sorts of medication if you are pregnant, it might not be safe for your baby and you need ante-natal care. If you are pregnant tell your mother, she will find out eventually anyway when you start to show. Your doctor is not allowed to tell your mother anything without your consent (you giving your permission). It is against the law for him to do so and he can lose his job as a doctor if he does that. Tell your doctor everything he needs to know and tell your mum that you do not need her to in to the consultation room with you anymore, since you feel grown up enough to do so yourself.
