Well I sort of have everything we need-Towels, bathing suit, sunblock, your normal beach items but I need help with the food. I have planned out to have chicken salads, and chocolate covered strawberries, and sparkling water to drink. But my boyfriend loves food and loves to eat and I wanted some good romantic food ideas for a picnic. I don't want to take your normal foods, I want this to be special and to be a birthday he never forgets. Also, if there's any other beach items that I could bring that could give us more stuff to do, Any ideas would be great! All advice is appreciated(:

hmm i would suggest some french or italain bread with some gormet cheese and some homemade from scratch cold chicken or turky with his favorite herbs and spices and throw in some french baguettes with whipped butter(baguettes are slender crispy french bread check local bakeries for the freshest kind) have a great picnic and i hope he loves it!
