I agree with the answer below. If she's your girlfriend, you should kiss her. Why wouldn't you? Of course, she's not talking to you. She's probably mad and hurt over it. Apologize to that girl.

you didn't give much info, so i'm not sure how to answer, but i'll try anyway. i have to guess as to your reason for not kissing her, so if i'm way off, this won't help, just try posting your problem again with some more detail. obviously she's your girlfriend and you guys should both want to kiss each other. let her vent for a little while, you've obviously pissed her off and she doesn't want to hear from you for a bit. explain to her why you didn't want to kiss her, perhaps you felt uncomfortable at the time? if she likes you too, she should want you to feel good, and she'll make an effort to conform to your request. sorry that was pretty vague, but hopefully it helps.
