You need to be very aroused and wet to start off with. Then start to masturbate. You may have to do this for a while. and maybe use a vibrator.
Once you are nearly about to come you tighten the vagina muscles and stimulate the clitoris only until your nearly about to come again. then at the climax of coming, push out letting go of the tightness and you should squirt 4 or 5ft across the room.
