Now, the day after I saw him he posted a blog talking about if you like a close friend, but are afraid to tell them what should you do. I'm afraid to ask because I do not want to assume it's me. I want to know though so I can either move on or be excited. If I did decide to ask how on earth could I bring it up? Help please...Thanks

reader, anonymous, writes (5 February 2009): Maybe you could bring it up in a jokey way? If that doesn't work, you could mention that you saw his blog and in your opinion, you definitely should tell a close friend if you like them! Try not to get too excited though, until you definitely know if he likes you!
