 Hi, I've heard that this is something girls often ask. True, you could tear your hymen from horseback riding, just as you could by wearing a tampon, masturbating, etc...I guess it really depends on what you think virginity is. In Western society, virginity is the lack of sexual intercourse. This usually means with a person :-) I don't think you have anything to worry about as far as what it may mean for you in the future. It will probably still hurt the first time or two, whether you have a fully intact hymen or not. Another thing to ponder is this: you asked if you were still "physically" a virgin, I don't think that the term or concept of virginity really has much to do with the physical anyway. You know? Good luck sweetie and maybe you need a new saddle! Just kidding :-)

Ok two things, one is that yes, horse riding will most likely break you in, but it wont necessarily! It didnt break me, and i rode from the age of 4.... but thats just me, most of my mates were broken by riding!
And yes, sex hurts less if you dont have a hymen, but it doesnt hurt that much if you do so long as you are with someone you care about and feel safe with and who has you really turned on!!
But either way youre still a virgin till youve had sex with a boy! :-D (Or girl... depending on your preference!!)
