He knows you like him so he made a move and you accepted graciously because you somewhere inside feel you should be with him. So ask yourself what is more important your friendship or having sex with this guy..because it will happen. So he doesn't regret it, that means he doesn't regret hurting your friend either, and neither do you. Someone will get hurt eventually if you continue this, but that's up to you, so good luck to you.
