Our plan is to get all the same tattoo in the same spot, a Cherry blossom. So he goes head and does mine, when he was finished my friends say they didn't like his work becos he made the pedals rounded when they were suppose to be more heart shaped, so he only charged me $25 and it's like a $60-$70 deal, it was only a 3 day deal he said. So we go to 2 other shops and she tells the story over and over, and both shops say $120-$150 so they both make an appt, their still going to get the same tattoos as our friendship tattoos. Thing is i feel mad about how this situation turned out, i don't know if it's becos it's go to turn out they pay more for theirs or becos i feel they had me go first and then changed their mine and didn't want to get theirs done my the same guy, question is how should i feel about this, and what does anyone else reading this have to say about how all this happen?

$120-$150 is pretty steep for a cherry blossom. They charge you by the size and how much ink they use. Obviously color tattoos are going to run a little higher, but cherry blossoms are a small tattoo so your friends are getting ripped. You definitely shouldn't feel bad about paying way less.
Maybe you're feeling like the guinea pig, you go first, they chicken out (which is fair if it's their first tattoo), and they even critique your tattoo. You're also feeling like it's less special because you guys didn't all go on the same day and by the same tattoo artist.
HOWEVER, the twins have every right to refuse that guy's work if they weren't crazy about it...because this is something that's going to be on their bodies forever (or until they decide to get laser removal). Plus, it was out of the guy's house which is rather shady and an unsterile environment to get a tattoo.
Overall, as long as you like your tattoo and aren't regretting then accept the situation as it is. If you don't like it, then take it as a lesson learned never to get matching tattoos with friends.

I can understand why you are feeling a little hurt over this and off course you have the right to be annoyed at them. But I guess that is the worst about going first because they obviously didn't like the finished product so they decided against it, which yes was unfair, but I guess it was still there choice to make. At least they have not backed out of getting the tattoo completely and they are now going to get one done, look on the bright side you got yours done for a really good price. A tattoo is a permanent fixture on your body so you should always do it for you and nobody else, that way you cannot feel that anyone else is responsible but yourself. I guess the best way to deal with this is to just try and let it go, don't let it ruin the friendship you have with these girls.
