writes:I'm in a major dilemma :( I met a guy 3 wks ago and we became good friends.The first couple times he was really polite and gentleman like (walked me to my car, got me chocolate, etc.) just really really REALLY sweet.Then we started hangin w/his friends (in groups) and i got to know him even more (his silly side) and i just love it.My friend has a crush on him I told him about it and asked him what he thought about my friend (i was playing matchmaker) and soon realized that it made me wana puke when he said 'i dont see her that way but ill give it a shot' (i dont want him to give it a shot, shit why did I even ask?) i guess at that time i was being selfless especially knowing that im leaving in 2 months to work overseas. and the fact that we can never be together because hes a diferent religion than me and my parents only allow my own religion (he even said he wants his kids to be his religion--so we disagree on those things) and my friend (who has a crush on him is the same religion too as him) so i figured, i should back off and let this happen. But now I HATE THE THOUGHT!He also said he didnt see me in that way and he would force the thought out of his mind to see me in that way just so we could be friendsI have a few questions1. How can I tell him that I dont want him to be with my friend (i cant be this selfless i always do this to myself im always playing matchmaker and never do good for ME)2. How do I get him to YES see me in that way (im an attractive girl and I've got lots going for me and guys do like me)3. Should I confess my feelings or will that backfire and scare him away and will i lose him as a friend if i do that?4. What do I do????
