After six months I tried to contact him, but he is not answering his calls, text, emails etc. (No Contact rule) But he emailed my friend saying that he still loves me....nows that i have depression and that maybe one day he will contact me. Depression is difficult for anyone who hasn't experienced it to understand.
It leads friends and partners to believe "that they are not helping you at all in your life as you have depression."
You could try asking your friend could you e-mail on her account and just explain to him the reasons behind your depression or at least explain to him that he is not the cause.
This may help, also i would suggest that you speak to your GP about depression and see if you can get counselling to help you deal with life a little easier and bring positivity into your life.
A positive course such as self-confidence building etc. can be also very helpful and help you to deal with some personal issues that you may have.
Hope this helps,
