I lost 35 pounds and if I can do it so can you. Six days a week vow to eliminate carbs, cookies, cake, coke, pizza and alcohol completely. When you crave somethng sweet treat yourself to a little spoonful of honey. Keep a bottle of vanilla extract handy and when you get the craving for a sweet sugary lump of something put a drop of extract on your tongue. One Day a week eat whatever you like before noon. Get rid off all snack food soft drink and other goodies that you know you cant resist. If you want that stuff you have to buy it and consume it in the store parking lot and throw away half of what you bought immediately before eating o
it. And that's only allowed once a week. Start walking: park so it takes you 20 mins to walk to work and twenty minutes to walk home. Three times a week climb on an eliptic machine and alternate 20 mins with twenty mins brisk walking on the treadmill, intervalled with some ab crunches and leg lifts. You need to work up a sweat. See? It's easy! Just stick to it and as a reward you'll be able to wear the kind of clothes you thought were for other people and better still you'll be able to stand naked in front of a mirror and like what you see. So no whining, no excuses.. no scrounging for sympathy. Just suck in your tummy, breathe deep and Do It!

It happens to alot of people - gettin asked the q - are you pregnant when youre not.. sometimes a shirt can make someone look pregnant. The lady was probably more mortified than you were.Just because it's embarassing to ask something like that and be wrong considering she meant well.Aside from that ive seen plenty of overweight hairdressers - Im a beauty school drop out but if i wasnt id be an overweight hairdresser..:) Nothing wrong with it.
Aside from that if your weight bothers you and youre dieting - try to think positive, think of the outcome - how you wanna look & such.
Do things that make you feel better, whether its changing your hair, buying an accessory etc..
Do things that make you happy.
I hope this helps & I hope you feel better.

It takes a bit of time and work but trust me it's worth it.
Other than that I don't know what to tell you, I've been fat before and it was horrible but it didn't last long because as soon as it became an issue I changed it and I became healthy.
Until then though, hold your head high, smile and act confident (even if you don't feel it) because confidence is far more attractvie a quality than looks.
