reader, anonymous, writes (5 February 2011): omg well 1st of all you need to just come out straight to her youll feel better then .your so young and i feel so bad for you , my mum was 15 when she had me and when she went to school she sed she used to get a bit of hassle but she sed at the end of it , it was all worth it having me :D lol so when you have your baby youll just be so happy and im sure youll get through it , also dont be scared im sure everything will be fine .Hope ive helped and hope you have a beautiful baby so i know your young but when peeps are pregnant you say congrats so congratulations! Any emotions she has at first will soon go as she looks forward to the arrival of your little one, If you tell her without your partner being there that keeps him out of the cross fire and it gives you a chance to break it to her gently. I'm sure she'll be pissed at first because you are still young but if you are brave enough to tell her face to face then you'll be fine. Good luck hun.

You need all the support you can get at this point and even though, yes, she will probably be dissapointed or upset, she loves you, and will want to help you as much as she can! Just get her alone, calm, not rushing off to work or whatever, and say, 'mom, I have to tell you..' etc. have you told any of your friends yet? you could possibly have someone who already knows there at the time to be your support person. good luck!
