I think that it is only natural to be nervous round someone you like so don't think she doesn't like you because she is nervous around you. Finally, so what if she couldn't hang out wiv you on that day? She was probably just busy on that day.
My advice is make it work. You dont meet a good looking girl who has a great personallity and likes you everyday so what are you waiting for.
