first of all... hair just totally depends on the guy's preference. I am a female, around your age and prefer to have no hair to very short.. so I say trim it!
it's ok to be nervous and honestly it might turn him on that your nervous. but just start out slow and do what comes natural. use your tongue & absolutely no teeth!

 So, I respect you for waiting for a more appropriate age to begin thinking about sex. You are an excellent example to young ladies! The only advice I have as far as the oral thing is: don't use your teeth. OUCH! The rest, honestly, should come naturally. As you are doing it, don't be afraid to ask him if he enjoys it this way, or that way, etc. All guys are different and since I am not a guy, I can't say exactly what "feels good". As far as the 1st time question, some girls bleed quite a bit, some don't. It is always a good idea to put a towel or blanket down before you do the deed. Good luck.
