After consulting him, i can fully pull back the foreskin and expose the head of the penis when my penis is in its smallest condition. For 15 years i had never seen the head of my penis, as i am 15 years old. I was delighted to know i wouldnt need circumcision. reader, anonymous, writes (30 March 2007): Hi sweetie, I am a woman but understand what you are saying, I think you may be able to have a very minor op under local anaethetic to correct the problem, go back and see doctor as it's very common. When healed, try masturbating with some baby oil that will make it much easier.
