 you need this girl at any cost?you want to make her yours? If she liked you she would be with you already, you cant force a girl to have feelings for you, give her her space but make it clear you like her, maybe ask her on a date? and see what she says, go from there. If there's a possibilty of romance she'd come on the date if not you have to settle being just friend.
