Suggest you learn about the attitudes and acceptability of lesbian and bisexual women in her culture, society and religion before talking about or trying anything. Might want to find out if there is a gay community around.
After that, I would agree with the advice below “…you could explain to her that you feel you maybe Bi and that your developing feelings for women dont say her but just women in general…”

Do you ever watch movies or videos together? Might want to accidently arrange to watch one together with a lesbian/bisexual couple. You could talk about it afterwards and it might help break the ice on this topic, making it easier for you to express yourself.
