The key to losing weight and keeping at that weight is to make small changes to your lifestyle, changes that you are going to stick to and not give up on once you've hit your target weight.
Instead of having chocolate or a bag of crisps you should have a banana or an apple, or anything else that you like that is healthy. It's small changes like this that will help you lose weight, it'll take longer but you are more likely to keep the weight off and it's a lot healthier for your body.
10 pounds in 2 weeks is a little more than you should be losing... 2-3 pounds is a healthy amount to lose every week.
You're already exercising, so that's good. Swimming is a good way to lose weight and tone up your body as it trains most muscles.
