writes:i am in love with a colleague from work who is going away to europe to meet a guy who i guess wants to marry hershes not sure hell be there or have a ringhes her age and has no job while she has expensive tastewhereas i will soon be an electriciannever met him and prob dont want toshe likes teasing me and bosses me around. when i teases back she doesnt get offendedshe likes to take lunch break with mei asked her out to the movies a couple days ago and she said maybei am being reassigned at work to a different department and she was the one who asked where i was going first meaning she asked me before i asked herwhen she found out ill be working near her again she giggled.i only have a month to prove myself to her i really want to win her heart as shes a fun person to be with and i dont want to scare her away and doom my chancesim afraid to give her a poem or a gift as i got in trouble before(different girl)what should i doim thinking of asking her to a party so my question is am i in the green to ask her to the party on monday as im going to the mall anyway i just thought id kill two birds with one stone...?

reader, anonymous, writes (2 January 2011): Dude you need to snap out of it. You sound like a 13 year old girl with a crush on her gym teacher.
She is about to bail on you whether you like it or not. If you can get her out of her clothes by all means do so. But you better be able to keep things in perspective and not go weepy on her because you will be getting the heave-ho when she takes off to be with the other guy.
