reader, anonymous, writes (18 May 2008): The PC muscle (or pubococcygeus muscle) is in your pelvis, but you don't actually need to know where it is. I don't think you can feel it from outside your body, in any case.When you stop your urine mid-stream, the PC muscle is the muscle you use. However you can exercise this muscle at any time, not just when you're urinating, and exercising it regularly will make it stronger. Look up Kegel exercises and Pelvic Floor exercises. A strong PC muscle may help you last longer and may also give you better orgasms.
