writes: I'm a 16 year old softball player. There is this new girl on our team who has amazing talent. She's really quiet though, and she should be used to the new team by now. But recently I have discovered that it might not be because of the new team: I learned that she has (what sounds to me like) a drinking and drug problem. Our team is very professional and strict. No one smokes, drinks, or even goes to parties where this is happening. I think she is also severely depressed. I think she's reaching out to me, because I'm the only one she ever wants to talk to. I haven't told ANYONE I know this. How do I got about trying to help her, without getting her in trouble, or kicked off the team?

If she admits she needs help go with her (if she wants U to)
too a trusted teacher, coatch, family friend or what ever and see her thro this problem...all the best!!
