Your 13-15 you should worry about your reputation. Don't have sex with a guy just for the sex because your in high school and will be known as easy.

I won't give you that speech, but I will give you the you're a minor speech aka too young to have sex.
You're 13-15 too young to consent to sex. The legal age of consent for sex is 16 which you are not. It's illegal for you to engage in sexual activity of any nature, abide by the law it's there to protect you.
Now, I'll give you an adult piece of advice hoping you might listen. If you like a guy it's a BAD idea to have any kind of sex with him before a relationship. Why you may ask? He thinks your easy and if that's all he wants (which is the case) then he's going to continue getting it as long as you'll give it. And yes, you will get a reputation...Never committing to you, or asking you to be in a relationship. Which can turn into a friends with benefits which is just 2 friends having casual sex. Meanwhile, you really like him and are emotionally invested but you're not getting what you want which is a relationship. Meanwhile he's getting want he wants which is just sex. So if you like a guy, you should hold out, keep control of those raging hormones until you're officially a couple then have sex. Again, this is an adult piece of advice, which is for future reference and doesn't apply to you now. What do I know, right? Yeah, I'm 25 and married so I think I know what I'm talking about.
Let me sum it up, you're too young to engage in sex/sexual activity..wait until you're the legal age in Britain which is 16.
