I would like to think we could have children at some point because we are so happy and in love and would love our own family. But he had a vasectomy approx 11 or 12 yrs ago. I've tried to get information online about reversals but everyone seems so negative and hopeless. He didn't have the highest sperm count to start with and i know the results decrease after 10 or more yrs since having the op. We're not too well off either and i know we'll have to pay alot for the reversal but it'll be worth it IF it works. It's really getting me down. I can't imagine my life without him... but i don't want to go without having children. Has anyone gone through this or any positive feedback?

I agree with Salad, the best option for you would be adoption.
