writes: I'm having trouble with the relationship between my boyfriend and I. We've been together for a year and a half now and have lived together for a year. For the past 10 months I felt like he was treating me more like a roommate them a girlfriend. Recently I cheated on him with one of my guy friends. My boyfriend and I are working it out and things seem to be doing well. But last night the guy I cheated on my boyfriend with called me. He left a voicemail inviting me to dinner on Friday. Part of me wanted to sneak behind my boyfriends back and have dinner with this guy. But in my heart I know it's wrong and the progress my boyfriend and I have made so far would be gone. I need to stay away from my guy friend but I'm having a very hard time doing that. Any advice?

Have a talk with the other guy, and let him know that you're taken. Tell him that you made a mistake, and don't intend on repeating it, because you intend on repairing your relationship. If you still feel tempted, then you should let your current boyfriend find someoene else.
