I want that money back but should I ask him in dollar or in pound? Coz if he converts GBP £2,000 its just about $3,150. How can I solve this? I want my money back as soon as possible and want to end this unhealthy relationship. HELP plz. Thanks in advance.

If he's abusive to you mentally, it almost seems as though he used you as well, he asked to borrow a lot of money from you.
You might just have to take the loss and leave him. It doesn't sound like you would have an easy time getting the money back, imagine how mentally abusive he might be? And the truth might hurt, but you really shouldn't be giving that kind of money so easily.

Kiss off the money and dump his sorry a*s.
It's an unfortunate fact of life that, sometimes, there is a very real - and quantifiable - price to pay to learn one (or more) of life's lessons. This is one of those times...
Good luck...
