writes: I really really like this guy. I've never really like anyone as a partner so much. The thing is, I've seen him through webcam. We've talked for over a year. But we know each other through the internet! And live in opposite parts of the world. Recently he hasn't came on and I've tried to put him down for the last 1 to 2 months but I can't... I can't have him yet I want him. What should I do? Also, he likes to date many girls whereas I want one forever.

 Unless you or him are prepared to move to the other's country this *relationship* is never going to be more than a friendship. You cannot possibly expect fidelity from somebody you ahve never even met. I am sorry if this sounds harsh, but the reality is this is *just* a cyber-relationship and until you meet (is this likely?) it really isn't going anyplace.
Look for somebody you can give your heart and soul to closer to home. It is much more fun and rewarding when you actually get to spend real time with somebody you care for. Dont dismiss him by any means, but be aware that your friendship will not really progress unless one or othert of you is going to move closer to the other one.
