Instead of rushing up to him and asking out, i think you should test the water first. By that i mean maybe be-friend him, flirt with him a little. Use direct eye contact, try to hold it for as long as you can before smiling and looking away. Mabe use light touches like on the arm or the leg, or straighten his tie,( if he has one ). be Interested in what he does or is doing, and laugh at things he says, even if you don't find it that funny. If you feel like the flirting is being reciprocated then make a move on him, thats if he hasen't asked you out first.
