Am I wasting my time?My boyfriend is going through some family problems at the moment and I've given him time and space to sort out his issues but he knows I'm always here if he needs to talk or wants my help or advice.I love him so much. I want to be there for him and go through it together but he's pushed me away. He doesn't even ring me anymore. He just texts me and pours his heart out to me.He says his life is a mess, he hates his life,he's a loser. Why do I want to be with someone like him. He says he doesn't have money. But what he doesn't understand is I don't want his money, I want him I love him so much I just wanna be there hold him and let him cry in my arms.I get upset each time he texts me but I dont know what to say to him. I just wanna be with him and help him through it but he wont let me.Is he just making up excuses to dump me or what? I'm so confused. What should I do? We're both 22

It's always something that he can't love you right? And you think you are supposed to fix his problems and be his saviour? Your energies would be so much more reciprocated with another man. I guarantee you the next relationship will be so much easier.
He will never truly dump you. He will keep you around whenever he needs your sympathy he will pop up and then when committment is called for, poof, off he runs. Why won't he dump you forever? Because whenever he pushes you away you reward him by being warmer.
