But last year he met someone who lives near him @ they got on well now they r 2gether,I should be happy 4 him and if i loved him just as a bestfriend i would be but i also am in love with him, he does know this @ he says he feels the same way about me but how can he when he is having a relationship with someone else? I was the one who moved 2 slow when he was avalable so that is my fault, i cant lost him as my bestfriend i need him i love him but it kills me inside 2 know he is with her. I need help to control my feeling and i need help with keeping him as my bestfriend, but its hard being in love with ur bestfriend who is having a relationship with someone else, plz help me 2 be the bestfriend he has ever had thank you

secondly i've been in exactly the same place as you, and i probably still like him deep down, but i've moved on i have a new partner and were very happy together but me and this other man have become bestfriends.
just when ever you speak or you find hes online, say to him hello and if he has any problems try help him with them just show him your there for him.
soon enough things will be okay and maybe you'll have another chance? but maybe not? its just life.

Just be a good friend to him, listen when he has a problem and offer good advice, have friendly chats with eachother and have fun in his company!
Soon you will probably get used to just being his friend, but if it hurts too much, step away for a while until you feel okay around him.
