 you cant force someone to be in love with you, but her love for you could grow. you need to be the right person for her.you need to show her you care, do acts of kindness, give gifts...ect....
you must be willing to pursue her with best interest of letting her know you have good intentions for a relationship with her.
but you must also be willing to put your heart out and take a chance that it might get broken by rejection. but if you don't let her know your interest and intentions.if you are not willing to pursue after her you more than likely will always wonder " what if, what could have been, if only i would have".

 Move on.
If she doesn't like you, there is nothing that you can do to ger her too and trying anything could annoy her as she has already told you that she is not interested in you.
I know it will hurt, but you need to move on.
