reader, anonymous, writes (10 June 2009): You haven't fully matured yet. Don't think that your body is going to be like this for the rest of your life. You should let it finish maturing and coming to it's natural figure before you start tampering with it by gaining weight.
You can try toneing your muscles by doing workouts, like situps, lunges, etc., you can look it up.
You're body is still forming so try to be patient.
Also, you don't have to be eigtheen to post here so no need to lie about your age.
