I thought at first that he was telling me it hurts specifically when I do it but apparently hes always been this way and its not me. I'm wondering two things here. One is why would it be painful for him? Is it a sign of some sort of health issue? Two, I love doing it, so its disappointing that I cant. I want to please him in other ways besides just sex. It makes me feel good to make him feel good and it's something I was always told I was good at. In this situation, I can't do it. So what else can I do in place of it? He will go down on me forever if he could and I want to be able to return the favor in some way or another.

Teeth can hurt sometimes really bad. You might find if you don;t use any teeth at all, or as little amount of teeth as you can, he may be ok with it
